The RSL Lifecare village is a large, established retirement facility at Narrabeen. Decode were chosen to add a further Stage (No. 3) to their Labuan group of villas. The project comprised 14 new Independent Living Units spread over 3 blocks. The Units are well built with appealing exteriors and spacious, well-appointed interiors and they will make wonderful homes for their new residents. Well done Decode.
