COWYN is a third generation building company specialising in school construction. Their projects are consistently delivered to a high standard, and the new St Narsai Assyrian Christian College building at Horsley Park is no exception, having won its awards category from a strong and competitive field of entrants.
The building functions as both a dual-court sports centre and performing arts facility. On the day of judging, it was also being used as an examination centre. The exterior integrates seamlessly with the school’s architectural theme, while the quality of workmanship throughout is first class.
COWYN successfully managed the challenges of contaminated ground, extended lead times and construction within a live school environment, with zero safety incidents recorded. Both the School Principal and Chaplain were highly complementary of COWYN’s professionalism, collaboration and cooperative approach.
