This two level, 1,300m2 surf club building incorporates new club facilities, a 120 seat function room, kitchen, bar, bistro eating area, residence, offices, storerooms and a disabled access lift.  The structure is diverse; it includes loadbearing rock face and polished block work, traditional and ultrafloor slabs, exposed laminated timber columns and beams with polished stainless steel fixings.  The roofing, guttering and downpipes are also stainless steel.  
All finishes are of a very high standard.  The building was completed in eight months.
