This development stood out for its unique integration of the existing Concord RSL facade into the new extension - now the Croatian Community Club. The extensive refurbishment encompasses the expansion of the floor plan, structural walling and roofing systems. Included in the development is an external car park and landscaping. Internally it has been fitted out with three amenity blocks, two kitchens, three bars, a function space as well as multiple dining and bistro areas.  Being an EPA site Calida successfully delivered the project with effective collaborative planning on schedule and ensured a smooth handover and space for all to enjoy.
