An extensive refurbishment of Sydney’s iconic 33 Alfred Street, successfully balancing heritage preservation with contemporary workplace requirements. The project involved complex asbestos removal, a new façade, major services upgrades and premium base-building amenities, including front-of-house and End of Trip facilities. Overcoming restricted CBD site access and stringent heritage requirements, the team demonstrated excellent planning, construction management and attention to detail to deliver an exceptional result.
