These works required the refurbishment of a liturgical building in the heart of the CBD.  The Nave had new timber and glass partitions, parquetry flooring and eight skylights installed.  The Monastery was internally refurbished to provide modern accommodation for the Priests and Brothers.
A major portion of the works was the full upgrade of the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services.
