An essential element of this fitout was the extensive use of recycled Australian hardwood timbers. 
Predominately these recycled hardwood timbers can be found in two areas: 
•    The interconnecting staircase feature wall. Approximately 800 lineal metres of recycled hardwood of various species including Blackbutt, Brushbox, tallow wood, blue gum and spotted gum were installed onsite, panel by panel, with mitred corners and edges and finished with wax. 
•    Raised podium flooring and solid stair treads recycled blue gum hardwood was used. It was treated with walnut stain and finished in polyurethane. 
The result was the creation of a very high quality feature which is most pleasing to the eye.
