This project required the conversion of two old Maitland Technical College buildings built in 1910 and 1912 along with a new structure and connecting links to provide premises for the Maitland Regional Art Gallery.  The new extension, an area of 1,200m2 provides the entry foyer and reception area.   
The gallery space is fitted with state of the art lighting and audio visual systems and heating / cooling services that provide a controlled environment for the safe storage of art works.
External works included a 500m2 car park and landscaping.
