An architecturally important project that successfully reused an existing corner-block shopfront, retaining a neighbourhood landmark. Excellent workmanship and a varied material palette, including extensive brick, glass and veneer, were complemented by cross-ventilation through a masonry screen wall. The quality of the trades was exceptional.
