The judges were amazed at the high quality of entries for the category of Young Builder of the Year. It is a difficult task trying to choose a winner in such a competitive field. After careful consideration the judges came to a unanimous decision based on 2 alteration/addition projects presented. Both were very different but displayed brilliant site management, unique solutions to complex design, flawless execution and the highest level of skill across all trades. Andrew Payton has built up an enviable body of entries over the years and is a most deserving winner.
