This project was a complete base building upgrade of the heritage listed Royal Naval House and Federation Hall, and the subsequent fit-out of modern offices.
The works required detailed and complicated fire rating and fire separation issues to be resolved for both the base building and fit-out work. 
All existing services were removed and replaced with modern efficient systems.
These detailed and complicated works were completed in just eight months.
