ARCHITECT/DESIGNER:  Alexander Symes Architect.       This complex CLT Passive House project offered excellent value for money. The CLT walls and roof structure were craned in and completed over two days affording the builder huge savings on construction time. Integration of services were complicated, but the magnificent blend of natural materials lent themselves to an exemplary project.
