Nellie Hamilton Centre project connects a new building with a wonderful arts precinct. The project has created a contemporary flexible workspace for the government & local community across two integrated buildings. ADCO redesigned the structure to overcome challenges and project delays due to underground substations and groundwater issues. The project has high quality of finishes and is tremendous community facility.
