The Village at Balgowlah is a single level shopping centre with six residential towers, a gym and a Masonic Club located on the podium plaza level. The project was undertaken on the old Totem Shopping centre site, one of the first retail malls on Sydney’s northside.  The project required significant upgrade of infrastructure to the project including major sewer diversion, new stormwater installation, upgrade & new traffic lights and road widening and re-surfacing. 
The builder successfully managed a very constrained site for construction access whilst maintaining access to adjacent retail properties and achieved the four separate contract completion dates on time with a high standard of workmanship.
