Notice of Special Meeting of Members 

The Master Buidlers' Association of New South Wales 

Notice is given under rule 19.2 of the Constitution and Rules that a Special Meeting of members of the Association will be held as follows: 

Business 

The sole business ofthe meeting is to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following special resolution: 

"That the Constitution and Rules of the Association be altered as set out in the below document titles Rules of the Master Builders Association of New South Wales."

The proposed alterations are set out in full in the attached document, together wityh the reason for them. 

Voting and Quorum 

Under Rules 19.2 and 32.1.3, the resolution must be passed by a majoirty of three-fouths of the members poresent and entitled to vote. Only financial members may vote, and each financial member has one vote (Rule 9.1). Twenty-five members form a quorm. 

If adopted, the alternations will take effect once they are registered by the Fair Work Commission, and members will be notified in writing at the time (Rule 32.1.7).
