HILTON GRUGEON

Hilton, awarded an Order of Australia (A.M.) for his role in the Hunter Valley’s economic development, rose from gardener to founder of one of Australia’s largest landscaping firms. He holds interests in over 100 businesses and is renowned for his major contributions to commercial, industrial, and residential developments.

BILL MCDONALD

Bill founded McDonald Jones Homes in 1987, growing it from a small team into the MJH Group, which now operates across four states and the ACT, employing 900 staff and 2,500 contractors. Guided by his philosophy of “you reap what you sow,” he built one of Australia’s most trusted and successful home builders.

KEITH STRONACH

Keith is the third generation to continue the legacy of the Stronach business. Over a period of more than forty years, he has been at the forefront of the company's direction, growth and development. He has a passion for Newcastle and adaptive re-use projects incorporating heritage elements of the CBD.
