ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given in accordance with By-Laws 19(c) & 19(e) for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hume Division. The business of the AGM is to;
- Present the accounts of the division
- Present the presidents and the secretaries report
- Elect a committee of management for the period 2026/2027
- General Business
In accordance with By-Law 12(c) written nominations for Committee of Management are now being called and will close, not later than 12pm (AEDT) on Friday 18th September 2026.
If more than eight nominations are received, a secret ballot will be conducted at the AGM in accordance with By-Law 12(d).
Nominations will only be called from the floor if less than eight written nominations are received.
To be eligible to nominate for the Committee of Management of the Hume Division, the candidate, nominator and seconder must all be financial members of the Master Builders Association of NSW Hunter Division as at close of business on Friday 18th September 2026.
