ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given in accordance with By-Laws 19(c) & 19(e) for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Central West Division. 

  • The business of the AGM is to;
  • Present the accounts of the division
  • Present the presidents and the secretaries report
  • Elect a committee of management for the period 2025/2026
  • General Business

In accordance with By-Law 12(c) written nominations for Committee of Management are now being called and will close, not later than 10am on Friday 12th September 2025.
 
If more than eight nominations are received, a secret ballot will be conducted at the AGM in accordance with By-Law 12(d).
 
Nominations will only be called from the floor if less than eight written nominations are received.
 
To be eligible to nominate for the Committee of Management of the Central West Division, the candidate, nominator and seconder must all be financial members of the Master Builders Association of NSW Central West Division as at close of business on Friday 12th September 2025.
