An MBA apprentice is an investment in the future of our industry.

MBA Apprentices have a fundamental advantage over other apprentices due to the fact that rotating apprentices throughout the industry in their given trade enhances their skills and abilities.

They are introduced into a broad range of competency based skills, thus producing a better qualified, more widely experienced tradesperson in the long term.

The MBA Group Apprenticeship Training Scheme is open to all industry employers, whether members or non-members of the Association.
