MBA members take a key role in the formulation of housing policy through the Association's, Housing Committee.
The Housing Committee provides a forum for members for the discussion of industry issues and to formulate strategies and policy to address housing issues.
This forum provides the MBA with a process within the housing industry .
Closely linked to the housing committee are the specialist committees focusing on technical issues, industrial relations, contracts and legal issues, waterproofing and swimming pool construction.
