Under the revised CPD scheme which commenced on the 1st January 2008, licensed residential builders and swimming pool builders (only) are required to accrue a minimum of twelve (12) CPD points per annum. Points are generally earned for each hour of CPD learning, with the exception of points awarded for the employment of an apprentice, and CPD activities undertaken by a partner/associate can earn a maximum of four (4) points per annum.
