The Divisional Information Night bring industry experts to the region and allow members to stay up to date with local industry issues and legislation. It enables members to have a strong voice in local issues and provide a conduit for escalation that can influence industry and government decisions.

Robert Colling, Head Solicitor for Master Builders NSW.
Rob will provide information on debt recovery, security of payment and the importance of managing your contracts. His presentation will also include information about the CTTT, who they are and how it works. Being the principal of MBA legal, he provides extensive advice and representation for Master Builder members. He is also responsible for all contracts produced by the Master Builders Association of NSW.
Lynn Smith, Southern Region Manager for Master Builders NSW.
Lynn will provide an update on the current building industry issues.
