Situated at 35 Hovell Street in Wodonga the MBA Albury Wodonga Office is a joint venture between MBA NSW and MBA Victoria and is centrally located to service builders and contractors operating both sides of the border. Steve Donaghey and Lesley Donaghey are well known to the building community on the border, with over 16 years of service to the local building community. Steve Donaghey as Regional Manager supports, Southern NSW and North East Victoria, North to Griffith, West to Mildura along the river and South to Shepparton and Seymour. Steve has vast experience in all areas but especially licensing in Victoria & New South Wales and Cross Border Issues. Lesley Donaghey is the Wodonga Office Manager and office based, providing support to local members and phone support to the wider membership. With extensive knowledge of the building industry, Lesley is truly valuable to our members, especially with her years of Home Warranty Eligibility experience for both States. Pauline Meade as Membership Administration Co-Ordinator, works on Reception and is responsible for issuing of Home Warranty Certificates. As we are proud to say, we can issue certificates on the spot. Pauline also sells NSW and Victorian Stationery and helps Steve and Lesley with Event Planning and Management. MBA Building Services operates from the Wodonga Office and can issue permits or conduct building inspections or consultations. Members should note that if using us for Construction Certificates and Building Permits, a 10% discount on the permit fee applies.
